Dear Prenatal Me,
Let's get to know each other a bit better.
Boobs. We'll start there.
I thought I knew them. You still have them, but you probably know them as those silly little upturned mosquito bites. I remember them now as being 'perky'. They stayed in one spot - heck, they stayed UP.
Well now they are migrating south. I'm scared I'll wake up tomorrow with them conferencing with my knees. At the moment they seem to be quite comfortable hanging beside my elbows.
Okay, it wasn't all bad. For awhile I actually had cleavage! Big round boosies with CLEAVAGE! (I'm sure you understand the excitement. After all you have been waiting for cleavage since you were 12. Shame it took almost 20 years wait to get it and only 1 to lose it).
Have you ever blown up a balloon and left it to slowly deflate over a couple of weeks? It goes sort of wrinkly and misshapen. Eventually it succumbs into some sort of stretched, floppy blob. Yeah, that pretty much sums it up.
Sadly, the moments when my bosoms were bountiful happened to coincide with the moments that I felt less than bountiful myself.
Well, except for my stomach. That was pretty bountiful.
So I guess I didn't really make the most of the cleavage when I had it. The moral? Enjoy your little perky mosquito bites. At least you can go bra-less without losing them in between belly-rolls.
